Equine Guelph and the Office of Open Learning are proud to announce the Cam From The West Groom One Online Tuition Award. One tuition award will be announced for the next offering of Groom One Online (September 10, 2007 - March 9, 2008).
This tuition award was made possible by the generosity of Draconian Farms through the donation of a portion of the sale proceeds of Cam From The West. The yearling was sold on September 17th at Standardbred Canada's Canadian Open Yearling Sale, Mohawk Raceway. The donation was generously matched by both Standardbred Canada and Seelster Farms.
This special filly, featured from birth to present, was named as part of Standardbred Canada’s, Trot 4 Kids, "Name the Foal Contest". To learn more about Cam From The West visit www.draconianfarms.com.
Requirements for all applicants:
- Must be between 16 and 18 years of age.- Must submit a 500-word essay describing your future plans in the Standardbred Industry and how taking this course will help you to achieve these goals.
